Job Description

Duration:  Long-term Contract

Full-time: 7 hours daily (including 1-hour daily break), 6 days; (timing semi-flexible based on operational needs)

Location: Remote (must be based in Egypt) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timetables, class schedules, exams, and bookings for online courses (Arabic Language, Quran etc)
  • Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and withdrawals.
  • Liaise with teachers and students regarding level placements and timetable updates.
  • Oversee staff work hours and assist with salary calculations.
  • Provide technical support and help manage online platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Support students with enrolment, onboarding, and general queries.
  • Ensure teachers complete attendance, grading, and feedback on time.
  • Assist with onboarding teachers and resolving their technical issues.
  • Collaborate on academic content development and social media outreach.
  • Provide occasional support to other departments and help cover absent staff if required.

Additional Notes:

Job Requirements

Essential requirements

  • Educated to degree level or holding equivalent professional qualifications
  • Experience of working efficiently in an administrative environment
  • Experience in providing good customer service
  • Experience using software confidently, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • High standard of verbal and written communication in English and Fusha Arabic
  • Experience dealing with foreigners
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English – communicating important information promptly, clearly and thoughtfully to management and students.
  • Working with integrity and treating the organisation’s projects as their own, with an eye for being cost-efficient without compromising on quality as much as possible. Working in the interests of the organisation.
