 Job Description

ESL (English Second Language Teacher) is a professional who is responsible for teaching English as a Second Language to non-native speakers. ESL Teachers develop lesson plans, teach classes, evaluate student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents. This is a teaching position that requires lent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of students.

 Responsibilities

• Teaching English as a second language to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups.
• Assessing students’ language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.
• Providing feedback to students on their progress and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and motivation.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Using technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student learning.
• Keeping accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
