About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Internship in Jthe umeirah Group and Corporate – Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support smooth HR operations by handling administrative tasks and addressing colleague queries.
• Provide colleagues with clear information on company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the timely processing of IDs, medical cards, travel, and relocation needs.
• Manage internal communication and maintain accurate, updated notice boards.
• Assist in planning and delivering events that engage colleagues.
• Support HR projects and ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Human Resources Management.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital content creation tools, with basic design knowledge.
• On the job training experience in an operational department.
