We are a fast-paced US marketing agency serving a high-end clientele exclusively in New York and Connecticut. We are seeking a high-level, detail-oriented Senior Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will lead content creation and scheduling for approximately 10 clients across ~30 active channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok).
You will be responsible for maintaining strict brand consistency, managing client assets, and ensuring a steady stream of high-quality static and video content.
Note: This is a high-level English-speaking position. Because our clients are based in the US Northeast, all materials and communications must be grammatically perfect and utilize natural American Business English.
The agency is looking for a long-term partner. If you are the “1 in 10” specialist who takes pride in perfect, native-level output, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Design high-end social graphics using Canva, utilizing our Big Stock library and specific client-submitted artwork.
Video Production: Perform professional-grade video edits for social posts (Reels/TikToks) using Adobe Premiere.
Scheduling & Management: Manage the editorial calendar and schedule all posts via Sprout Social.
Client Communication: Monitor an assigned agency email to acknowledge receipt of client assets and ask necessary clarifying questions. You must possess excellent, concise professional email etiquette.
AI Implementation: Leverage Google Gemini Professional to streamline copy and ideation workflows. You must thoroughly review and edit all AI-generated output; we value human oversight and “native-sounding” polish over raw automation.
