We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service, timely support,

and an outstanding overall experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services or products.
• Escalate complex or high-priority cases to the Client Success Manager (CSM) while maintaining client communication.
• Support CSMs in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Follow up with clients to ensure needs are met and services are delivered to their satisfaction.
• Log all client interactions and cases accurately in the CRM system.
• Ensure all support cases are closed promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
• Share client feedback, recurring issues, and service trends with the CSM.
• Prepare periodic reports summarizing:
  • Key client concerns
  • Repeated service issues
  • Case resolution performance
  • Recommendations for service improvements
