We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clark Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information into our digital systems and databases. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities of Data Entry Clerk :
• Verify data accuracy, review for errors or inconsistencies, and make corrections as needed to ensure high-quality records.
• Organize and compile information to prepare it for entry or reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and follow data protection guidelines.
• Complete daily/weekly assigned volumes within established timeframes while keeping error rates to a minimum.
• Support basic data cleaning and organization tasks using tools like word or similar software.
Requirements of Data Entry Clerk :
• Data entry, administrative support, or similar roles
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Understand English (basic or intermediate level – reading/writing essential, as some sources are in English).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
